Gentlemen: Everything involved with our order was flawless. The material that you sent arrived on time and not a single broken piece. The previous order that we received, from another tile company had numerous broken pieces. We have purchased Lugano tile 2 times before and the red streaks seem to diminish a little with each order. We are grateful to have found the pattern but wish that it had more red streaks in the shipment. Not that we are dissatisfied and we realize that this is natural stone and it changes as you move through the deposit. We will possibly be doing another order as we are very satisfied with your product and service. Thanks for your help.
