great quality, pricing, and customer service
The customer service is amazing. I ordered a slightly cheaper tile (Colonial Gold), and they called me later telling me that the Colonial Gold they have is coming from two different shipments, so the colors are not guaranteed to match. They upgraded the order to the Madura with no extra charge. The shipment was really quick. When I received it, I conducted the water and the oil tests on them, and the tiles seem to be bullet proof. Still planning to apply SenGuard (since the tiles are installed in my backyard) for long term protection, but do not think it is necessary. In short, great quality, pricing, and customer service.
