Tile-Stones will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
FULL ORDER RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or have decided to go a different direction and wish to qualify for a refund within the *30 day period, your product order must:
Be in its original packaging
In the same condition as it was when it arrived at your home or job site.
Not have been used, installed, or marked in any way.
PLEASE NOTE:
You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping
25% restocking charge will be incurred on any returned merchandise.
*30 Day return policy only applies to regular Tile-Stones products. It does not extend to special orders.
IMPORTANT: Upon arrival of your order, you must inspect the product for any damage. Travertine, Marble, Slate, Limestone and Granite are products of nature and are susceptible to pits, cracks, and color variation. No two pieces of natural stone are alike. These characteristics are not material flaws but a common occurrence and are a part of the inherent beauty of natural stone products. Please inspect the material prior to installation to verify the sizing, thickness, color, veining and finish and prepare any blending to meet the property owner’s approval. ABSOLUTELY NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY REASON AFTER INSTALLATION. Thank You
